HeartReady exists for the purpose of training people to save lives. With an estimated 410,000 victims of Sudden Cardiac Arrest in the US alone every year (more than 1,000 per day) the challenge is urgent and Automated External Defibrillators (AED) technology provides a much higher survival rate.
